- Tutor need to have mild temper as student is on the soft spoken side and tends to get stressed if tutor is too "aggressive"
- Usual tuition will be at Tyrwhitt Rd, but if there is any adjustment to school schedule, then lesson will be at Cedar Avenue or during holidays
- Will definitely update tutor in advance if there is any change of venue.
