Job Title: Tuition Teacher (Proficienct in teaching any IB/ICGSE Subjects
Location: Orchard Tution Centre
Position Type: Full-Time or Part Time


- Centre owner is open to any subject as long as the tutor can teach IB/IGCSE.

Creteria and remuneration for tutor?
- We have different paying scheme.
- For the senior tutor, we go by split from 4(tutor):6(centre) 5(tutor):5(centre) depending on the circumstances.
- For associate tutor, it goes by pay per hour, and it can range from $45 per hour to $150 depending on the number of experiences, number of students in the class, and whether it is IGCSE or IB

- Whether tutor will be associate tutor or senior tutor will be decided after the interview.


Frequency
- Every class is once a week, 2 hour each.
- For a full time tutor(senior), other tasks than just teaching will be given and gets paid separately for the work. (Business developtment, marketing, curriculum development, manager and etc)

Duration
- The longer the better

Any requirements lookout for ?
- Experience in teaching IGCSE or IB or both is required.

When does centre teacher need to start?
- It depends on the circumstances. It may be immediate, or it may take some time until the first class starts.

New class or existing class?
- It will be classes, but there can be a case of taking over other classes in the later stage.
