- Min 2 years relevant teaching experience, must be familiar with MOE syllabus
- Tutor must be lively, engaging and conduct simple fun educational activities to make lessons fun
- Interview over zoom before confirmation
- Worksheets provided. Tutor is expected to recommend materials to supplement if worksheets are insufficient.
- Full list of obligations:
1. Receive worksheets 1 week in advance and check for errors
2. Provide a lesson plan in bullet points based on the worksheet(s) and other learning objectives
3. Arrive 5 - 10 mins before the start timing of classes
4. Conduct classes professionally
5. Record what was done in class in bullet points and assign homework
Commission Structure: 50% of 1st month
